  It's a good place to get a bike and get parts. But man I dread calling or going in there every time. The people there are never friendly. They always make you feel like your an idiot if you don't know an answer to there question. Sorry that you know everything there is to know about motorcycles and i don't. I thought that the reason I was going to talk to an expert. There has only been 1 encounter i have had that was good and it was in parts with a guy named Kevin i think. Super friendly guy. But like i said good place to buy a bike just terrible customer service.

  ME AND MY COUSIN WENT TO MONMOUTH CYCLES LAST WEEK AND I BOUGHT THERE LAST GSXR750 PAT WAS A AMAZING SALESMAN AND ANTHONY WAS VERY FRIENDLY ALSO ,OMAR THE FINANCE MANAGER WAS JUST GREAT THE PROCESS WAS FAST THE DEAL WAS INCREDIBLE ,THEY HONORED THE PRICE WE AGREED ON THE PHONE NO FUNNY BUSINESS I WILL DEFINITELY SERVICE MY BIKE THERE ,THE ASPECT I LIKE THE MOST WAS THAT THEY ALL WORKED AS A TEAM THE FINANCE MANAGER OMAR EVEN HELPED ME FIND PARTS I WAS LOOKING FOR, THEY TOOK A PICTURE OF ME AND MY BIKE AT THE END OF THE PROCESS, INTRODUCED ME TO THERE SERVICE MANAGER BEFORE I TOOK DELIVERY OF MY BIKE, IT WAS JUST GREAT THANK YOU GUYS SEE YOU WHEN MY PLATES ARE READY.
